Registration

The Sponsorpool participation is fully booked. No further registrations are possible. 

Registration Fees

                                         Fees in CHF

The registration includes:

• Registration to the EAN Congress 
• Welcome Reception on June 26th, 2026
• SNS Dinner on June 29th, 2026
• 4 nights of hotel accommodation (June 26–30), including breakfast

A Sponsorpool package without accommodation is also available.

Please note: Travel to and from Geneva should be arranged individually.

Important notes on the EAN membership

As a member of the SNS, you are also an associate member of the EAN. You can check your membership status in your EAN account. Individual memberships can be arranged separately.

Please note: in order for us to be able to register you for the EAN congress you need to indicate the email address that is associated to your EAN account. In case you have participated at a Sponsorpool Project before you already have an account. Please indicate this e-mail address (in case you forgot please click here and double-check).

In case you participate for the first time in the Sponsorpool Project, please create an EAN account first and then proceed with the booking.
